There’s no sure treatment. Has the plague started?

The Ebola virus should cause no alarm for Americans. So say some doctors on national television in their attempt to calm the public. But, the outbreak has already killed 729 in West Africa by the end of July (2014) and is spreading too fast to be controlled.

Mutation and adaptation are in the virus’ arsenal to continually deliver surprises to perplexed healthcare professionals. The virus has made its way to larger cities and airports. Reports are coming in from people in various countries confirming contact with the virus victims.

Is Ebola transmitted only through direct contact with bodily fluids? No one is sure and all the facts are not in. The Ebola infection fatality rate may be over 90%. It is a horrible death as the virus attacks the blood vessels leading to hemorrhaging internally and externally.

The Congressional Record reports that Ebola bio kits have been deployed to National Guard units in all 50 states? WHO launched a $100 million response plan that includes deploying hundreds more healthcare workers. "If the situation continues to deteriorate, the consequences can be catastrophic ...” said Dr. Margaret Chan, director-general of WHO. For the first time in history, Ebola has stricken people in three African capitals.

Doctors Without Borders said its teams are overwhelmed with new Ebola patients in Sierra Leone and that the situation in Liberia is "dire." By the end of July at least 826 people have died since March. August 3, 2014: London airport staff were terrified the virus could spread globally. A passenger from Sierra Leone collapsed and died as she got off a plane at Gatwick.

Threats to an America Without Borders are escalating daily. Border Patrol agents confirm West Africans have been apprehended coming via Mexico into Texas. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported on 8/1/2014 that serious diseases are spreading at detention centers for Illegal border crossers. Healthcare workers and Border Patrol agents, and their children are now testing positive for TB, swine flu, chicken pox, lice and scabies. Instead of being quarantined, illegal border crossers are being dispersed rapidly across the U.S.
In July 2014, China announced it had sealed off the city of Yumen due to a deadly outbreak of bubonic plague. Chinese are so numerous in the current surge of illegals that the US government has added Mandarin translations to emergency signs across the Texas border regions.

Another troubling report is that Ebola’s use as a weapon of terror and mass destruction has been documented by www.GlobalSecurity.org , which reports that the former Soviet Union biological weapons program had weaponized the Ebola virus, and that Aum Shinrikyo, the Japanese terror group, recently sent members to Africa to harvest the virus during an outbreak.

Infection is the killer from which all eventually die unless a sudden death is caused by trauma. Safety precautions account for saving many lives but most individuals have but little regard for his or her own immune system.

We should do everything we can to keep our immune systems modulated to peak performance by watching what we eat and making sure our food and supplementation. Monitor and verify that you are getting all the needed vitamins, minerals, probiotics and smart sugars each day.

Your first line of defense, your immune system, should be your first line of offense.
